Ohhhh sure you can never know it all... or learn to much. I tell ya, my grandfather used to say learn something new once a day and consider it a "good day"............. he lived by that, and IF not everyday, I at least try, if nothing else......

CC, I'm glad you like it the thing was more work than the whole build I think. I was hoping it would come out alright. You know how much I like getting the engines right. It's a big dude too. I forgot to mention the gold in the front, rear and sides are BMF and the big valve covers, or whatever they are are chrome BMF.

I tried Frank, there's so much I don't know or can't do yet but I try to get as close as I can. My main objective though is just to make it look good.

Thanks Iceman and Skip, sometimes the engine detail gets tedious even though I love doing it and several times I've told myself "I'm just going to put plug wires on this one and that's all" then when I get started I can't help myself.

Dennis, Sadly, I don't think unless the Hemi was as close to the same size that they (mine) would be much more then yours single jet engine! SO....MAYBE but, I'm not holdin my breath on that one. ALTHO the first Hemi EVER to be larger then 8 cylinders was a plane engine and was a V-16 upside down! The valve covers were on the bottom! I have no idea what the Horsepower Rating was tho.....

John I guess when this is all over we'll just have to have a Santy Claus Drag Race and see what happens!

See how you have to watch what you say? I was joking and it backfired on me. More people get themselves in trouble with their mouth or their ding dong than anything else.

I feel that one.. you tell yerself, WELL this one is gonna be a simple one, just doing plug wires, Distributor, and coil wires......(LOOK at mine! Thats WHAT I had told meyself, just to be able to finish it in time!) So then NOW I got the thing fully "wired" AND plumbed! THAT is where I get in trouble, adding the damned details I just can't live without!

Once this MOTM race is over, then we'll see..........I don't see it as a gruge match but, DAMN funny tho, a dual Hemi and Allison race? That might be interesting in real life.............LOL two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon
