well it's flatted and primed. It's no where near as nice as the first time though so I may paint it silver instead of the dark red (and redo the body again later), to try and hide some of the flaws. Going to be tight getting finished in time so it seems the best option. Had nothing but problems with filler sinking on it and primer coming out the tin with a sort of dish soap bubble effect. Not at all happy with how the front looks this time around either but to have a chance of finishing time it will have to do. This has taken up so much time I've barely done anything on the vette.

No chance that I'll be finished in time. The filler has lifted at the front when the colour went on

forehead-slap-smiley-emoticon That really sucks mate, i was hoping to see this creation finished. I hope you don't give up, as this will be a masterpiece when it is finished mate..

It'll get finished, got too much work in it for it not to. I think it's the half round not liking the filler as the rest is ok. Going to prime the half round and try again, hopefully if it's not got any bare bits it will work
