Great looking engine Ice! The color of the resistor looks very much like a clear fuel filter with fuel in it! Dip stick is an awesome addition as well!

Good eye Frank. I figured, why not. The PE part were just sitting there waiting to be used. I think these two will become regulars on my engines.

that looks superb! nice touches with the alt bracket, dip stick and filter.
I always wondered why there was never any alt brackets in kits, they just hang out there as if by magic.........

Great looking engine Ice. Not painting that resistor works well. It looks like it could be a Fram brand fuel filter. The dip stick is a great little detail too.

Finally some time back at the bench. Started detailing the interior. Orange buttons on white interior. Finished the panels. Need the seats and the dash. Some detailing on the firewall also.

Excellent work so far. There's almost nothing I could say negative. Engine detailing is superior (and so are the close up fotos) with wiring and all. Dip stick and generator bracket excellent additions. This model is looking fantastic. Interior is as good as the engine. Thanx for all the time and fotos. It is a tutorial on how to do a really good custom!
