Got the engine fitted in to the top chassis and the rear suspension/brakes are on. Next up is making the interior side panels and dash fit the chassis

Cheers guys! Well got some more done and it's starting to look like a car. With the narrowed front suspension I made a little boo-boo and now have to rework one of the turbo air pipes as there is a tyre in the way now but I think a couple of small spacers on top of the turbo will fix it. And only the back lights still need to be foiled but the glass needs to be painted first Well that was a terrible pic, lol

Well I would have had some pics of the finished interior but......................
cant find my brown flocking forehead-slap-smiley-emoticon and I don't have enough black to do it so either I pull out every box of parts to find it or do something else thinking-hard-smiley-emoticon

Wowzers Les - this sucker is freaking turning out AWESOME!!!! As nice as this is turning out, definitely dig for the flocking, you have gone so far to this point, I would go all the way man. A t-shirt is a good idea Dale, never thought of that, but that sure would work.

I found the flocking (well sorta) I picked up the wrong jar so I have a load of powdered rust here, so the flocking is at my grans house. Just working on the door panels now cos I have the lighter coloured flocking for most of them here.

I found the brown flocking but it looks more orange (it is called dark brown) to me, however I think it will still work (it's gotta cos it's done now and I don't want to pull the chassis apart). Now to finish off the door panels and add a ledge at the screen end of the engine bay for the hood, and more pipes and the air filters and oil coolers and I think I'll be finished, damn it sounds like more when it's written down, lol

Also don't forget to set aside some time for those wittle parts that go "bing" off the bench into the carpet!
Looking good mate - looking mighty good - yes indeed!!!

Looking good mate - looking mighty good - yes indeed!!! I don't have to worry about the carpet monster since I'm at my own house just now and there are no carpets in the model room, just fake wood flooring

Made some progress on the engine last night and I can honestly say next time I wire a computer, I will put the wires in it instead of the engine to start, it took me nearly 2 hours to get all the wires in because I did it from the engine, so live and learn. Because of the amount of pressure from the wires on it I cant get it to sit level. Next I have to get the steering to fit in the same place as the wires, note there are 2 pipes to each brake caliper^
