I like the way you filled the gap beside the manifold, as for rear mount radiator, it works fine in speedway, so why not.

i don't see why there should be any issue with a rear-mounted rad or the electric fan

I agree a rear mounted radiator would work fine as long as there is access for fresh air to flow to it (Speaking in a 1:1 aspect ) and I love those pulleys are they resin?

Looking good Ice! It's hard to get a scale on the fuel lines without seeing them setting on the engine, but they look about right to me.

That helps a lot! I would say those should work. They might be a little small, I generally try and make fuel lines about half or close to the same size as the plug wires.

Iceman those lines look good to me as I have done some fuel injection engines before , you will need to build a fuel block some where towards the center of the intake to run all the injector lines into then a line from the block to your fuel pump be it electric or mechanical then to fuel tank here's a few pics of ones I've done maybe they will help Also on another idea on the rear mounted radiator is all right but as for the hoses I've seen on a lot of rat rods and drag cars they will plumb the radiator coolant either through the frame rails or through steel tubing along the frame rail instead of long hoses just connect a short hose to the frame rail ( water tight though frame rails ) then short hose to rear mounted radiator then same on the return ( other ) line to the motor and it works pretty good just a couple of ideas for you

-Ice, if it were me, I'd go with a 1.5 the diameter fuel lines, that rthat used for the pluig wires. BUT, because of the space your working in, it looks pretty good, BUT remember, the plug wire is something at about 1/4th inch diameter with the insulation, making that happen is NORMALLY 30 gauge wire..... you want something say 24 to 26 Gauge wire for the fuel lines to have it be "close"......
Always make your fuel lines slightly bigger in diameter then the plug wires.....
As for the long radiator lines, I myself, would "hard plumb" the frame rails with copper pipe, with the connections to the radiator from the pipe with hose, and from the opposite end to the end again with hose.... Which I have to compliment you on the black wire you used for the radiator hoses, thats NICE wire!
GREAT job so far!

They look good to me, as there are 8 of the buggers, so plenty of fuel would still be getting in i think.

Honestly, at this point, I myself would be looking for a couple 1/24 scale fuel cans and have them sitting on the passenger fuel, with a long funnel / hose running through the firewall so the passenger could dump some fuel in as it as we go down the road!!!

I really like those hose fittings, are they PE, or from a basic hobby / craft place. ??

It IS going to look a little weird because the fuel lines will be thinner than the distributor wires. Do I suck it up? Do I replace the distributor? Do I not add the fuel lines? Decisions, decisions. I'll have to decide once I get back into town. Still have plenty of time so I should be ok.
Thank you all for you input. Learning a lot with everyone feedback.
DC - The fitting are PE from Detail Master I think theyre #4s. I tried a couple before I decided what I liked so I can't remember.

I cant see too much problem with the line sizes, on a 1:1, you can have 10mm plug wires, and only 10mm fuel line feeding 1 x big 4bbl, so 8 x smaller ones feeding 8 fuel inlets, IMO, does not look wrong . And thank for the info mate. She's coming along nicely.

I agree with Dale. To me it's more of a perception thing than an actual "scale" size problem. To me the smaller fuel lines look correct even if they aren't the correct "scale" size.

I'm building the same kit right now too. Making a rat rod/hot rod. Yours looks a heck of a lot better than mine. Nice chop job! I think the lines look good.
