Frank, DAMN nice frame fabrication on that one! Question, BEFORE you hacked into the frame and even the bed, was the frame "stepped" like that? I mean the "Z" in it? (Once again, another kit I'm unfamiliar with)
Man tho, thats clean! A little Evergreen scale models plastic, yes?
Stance is gonna look GREAT, 4X4? I didn't catch if it was or not!
When ya did yer real one, I bet you couldn't just grab and flip the ole bugger over could ya? LOL AND, I bet at times, you were wishing ya could! LOL

...sadly i never remember to photograph the steps until it's finished. Glad to know I'm not the only one! You really need to slow down on the burnouts dude! You've already lost the whole tire off the rear! poke

thanks john. the frame used to angle down at about a 45 and yes i definately wished i could just flip it over. that's a good jab there AK, gave me a good chuckle in actuality i had left the tires off sop the 2 rims halves i glue could cure properly.

Frank, HOW in the hell are you gonna get a drive shaft to go in place with that "step" to get up and over without using it as a "kick-stand" ?? This truck 4x4? or was it just a 2x4 S-10?

Nice bit of chopping up Frank, It reminds me a little of the trucks haulage companies use this side of the pond to shunt trailers about the yard.

I thought I'd mention it, as it from what I can see, looks DAMN close! Thought for a minute you were gonna need a "Z" shaped drive shaft

got just one pic today, i've started putting together the engine/trans. my1:1 had the 2.5l "iron duke" engine and so i'm gonna attempt to replicate one with this, stock 4cyl from Daisy's jeep and the s10 auto trans. i've already added a header from amt 55chevy stepside. on the intake side we'll go slightly wild-ish enjoy

got some progress done on the engine here and have chosen an intake setup. i didn't realize the "iron duke" engine had been around so long until i googled for reference pics this deviates slightly from what the 1:1 would have been, but it's plastic so anything goes the 1:1 would've gotten a small block chevy. enjoy
