Wow. Thanks for all the input, guys. It helps me visualize a few things. I think that because the color I chose is already a bit out of the ordinary, I'm going to go for a show car. I'm thinking custom interior with a few mirror inserts here and there. I like the gold dash idea. And of course, thanks to my bright idea of the red stripe, I'll use more red somewhere. I really don't want to redo the body. Lol. I should have some scrap parts to try the colors out. Oh and yes to the boot thing, DeeCee.

Alright, took a short break from the hearse to start the interior on this one. Ive had the ideas in my head so I want to take care of it before it fizzes out for me. Adding a custom console. Here's a look at the interior door panels. Wanted to make sure the colors are going to go. Will be flocking and adding some chrome trim to separate the colors and some PE door handles. Here's the flock. Not sure if the red is too red so I might darken it with a bit of black. The dash is all done.

That engine looks SUPERB mate, and i like the interior colors too, but you might need to put the door line back into the trim panel, which will make it look perfect.

Got off work early to spend some extra time at the bench. Having fitting issues with the hears. Greer. Needed a break so I got to work on this one. The interior just needs the steering wheel. Test fit the engine also. I'm liking it, I'm liking it!!

Thanks DC, CC, Frank, GHK, and Paul. I love when I get into a kit. It feels fun and not like I HAVE to finish it. I'm having fun, learning a few things and it's coming along great. I put in a couple of hours. The engine is almost done. I couldn't find the fuel pump in three kits I have. I checked the pro street one and custom kit and nothing so I had to make shift one...sort of. At least the fuel line ends up somewhere now. Lol. The interior panels are also done. Ice, I've GOT to ask, that fuel line......is that a electronic "resistor" axial mounted? I have to know as thats a pretty good "Make-shift" fuel line with filter!!!!!!!!!!! You did well with that idea! HMMMMMM GREAT work so far! The console looks awesome, scratchbuilt, MY GAWD....I'da never gave that a second thought to even try! It will look GREAT!

Thanks Dale, CC, Paul and Hemi.
Yes sir, it sure is. You know, I had a few in my drawer from a stash of building tools I bought once and couldn't figure out what they were for. Then, when I started adding fuel lines not to long ago, someone recommended this. I thought it was a super great idea. So here it is. I'm hoping to improve my line work little by little.

Thanks Ice! See before I got into model cars, I used to do the whole railroad thing and myself, I get pretty intense with electronics at times and as soon as i seen yours, here, I knew what it was, or so I thought! Which is why I just had to ask!
I must say thats a damn good idea! No paint needed, besides maybe the line itself to keep it "silver" as they will rust and tarnish as there is a little "silver" in them! Best to say is glosscote them with Testors brush on clear cote to keep them silver! AND it won't hurt the "filter" area either!

Thanks Paul and Tom. I need to see which lever works best for scale. It's going to be for the turn signals only.
