Those welds look great! How may I ask did you do them? Thanks! I used plastruct bondene to glue on some small styrene rod then took a nice sharp blade and made a bunch of little cuts at a 45° angle. Looking good! I like those welds. Been trying to figure a way to them, so thank you. The rusting worked out real good.

I got the tires, wheels and hubcaps installed! 20150413_232124 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr 20150413_232130 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr 20150413_232200 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr The hubcaps are sprayed with matte clear from about one and a half feet away. I think it's looking pretty good so far lol. Thanks for looking!

I'll still have to go back and black wash the "holes" in the wheels later.

Very nice, I love rusty and dirty things. Everything in Wisconsin ends up with rust.

I'll still have to go back and black wash the "holes" in the wheels later. This is turning into another masterpiece JB - always look forward to, and enjoy following along on your builds! Tell me again, WTH is black washing? Is that where you thin out paint?

This is really looking good Jesse. Smooth paint job. I like the welds. Are they PE? Mind if I ask where did you get them?

The body isn't painoted yet, but I'm hoping the rain will stop some day so I can start on the body lol.

That's ingenious! I've seen PE welds but they didn't look any better than what you did.
