Thank yous to Joel / Iceman for inviting me over to your site. I've enjoyed checking out your incredible builds...
No insult but some of you guys need to work on perfecting your photography skills to go along with your modeling skills! LoL
A little blurry on some of them, I know my eyes aren't that bad yet and its not too early in the morning and I haven't had anything to drink...
Ok just making funnys!
I'm 42yrs old from as the subject header states from the not so great state of Rhode Island. Have been building all of my life pretty much. Started off with 1/48th scale military aircraft but soon found my love of building 1/25th - 1/24th scale cars, started with NASCAR models and now strictly muscle cars...
I love customizing my builds to look as real as the 1:1 cars that I'm doing, I'm a profectionist and love doing all the little details that matter.
Ok enough about me, back to the viewing of the members incredible builds!

They still consider Rhode Island state? Haha no one ever forgets that bugger. "Oh yeah that little space of land up there!" Just playing with ya! Well welcome. I know you've already been looking around so you're ahead of the game. Would love to see some of your stuff soon as well.
We have a. Great reference section with tutorials on many things including posting pics. They guys here would also be happy to help. We don't have one for photography yet though...hmmmm...we might need one. Haha.

welcome aboard. don't worry about the fuzzy, slightly out of focus pictures, after enough paint and glue fumes, they look amazing clear, haha.
guess we need a photography clinic, any volunteers?

Most of those fuzzy pics are probably mine. I don't have a camera, so I sketch my builds with crayons, so that is why they look fuzzy.

Sheeze I didn't mean to offend anyone here I was just making a comment about some out of focus pictures. Sorry guys! I'm not even going to say to simply hold the shutter button half way down till the square box turns green then press the shutter button all the way down, wallah perfect picture every time..."Now don't casterate me!" LoL Oh and if simple background lighting is good enough then turn your cameras flash off...  ? |

it's all good, unlike a lot of sites, we here have a good sense of humor  so far, all my pic's are cell phone pic's, so it's 50/50 on fuzzy or clear, lol. |
