Hello guys, I have this project going on for a while, but I haven’t made any post here, only on Facebook, WHY, because this is from my Local club challenge, now is close to finish but I will make post about it until I have it reveal in our club show on October 8 of this year. This is not my regular kind of project, this is my way of getting out of my comfort zone, this is a Hasegawa kit, do not come with full engine, but have a lot of parts, hope you guys like First, I open the hood/Trunk to expose the engine bay, build the engine basically from scratch but have most of the parts that I needed. Second, make the hood/trunk hinge to work, the original car stay open by himself, so i need to make some pin to open and close, but at the same time needed a stop point. the rest of this project is out of the box…

Here is another update on this crazy project First- Work on the Hood/trunk inner frame, lot os styrene to complete this task and also added the inner fender for the rear tires, that came out really nice, this part also help close the hood/trunk with a good fit all the time Second- Added some bars for the engine frame did some fit test before closing that area Third- paint some parts, interior is tamiya Tan, with a black wash, seatbelts are from teh kit decal sheet, no use to do this at all but they look ok, this kit comes with some chrome stickers and they look like PE parts, they look really nice, floket the interior Fourth- Paint the body razing green, one of my favorite colors from Tamiya, have some orange peal but will fix that Fifth- assembly the front suspensions, they look really good So i did a final test fit to see if everything is good to go, hope you guys like it

very impressive ! Looks like a great kit from the start but anytime you start opening things up and adding , its just that much better. That is a sharp color and your knack for detail really shows. Great job buddy !
