PROJECT X is one of the most famous 57 Chevys ever. Back in 1965 Hot Rodding Magazine bought the car for $250. Through the years the car was modified many times. In Nov. 2021 the big block was pulled out and replaced with an electric motor. I can't believe they would do that to Project X after all those years of hot rodding it. What a shame...

Perfect copy! Project X was at SEMA with an electric GM crate motor. I think it was in 2022. The Crusher Camaro was there also.

Can't get over how realistic this looks Mike. You pulled that yellow paint job off fabulously and that's no easy trick. An electric motor wound in it dude? Cadillac Lyriq EV and is rated at 340 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. Best time so far of 13:45 seconds and 73.74 mph in the quarter . . . I.m sooooo impressed for a $12000 plus dollar investment
