I feel like such a newbie. Half of the top questions in this sub forum are ones I've asked, so please pardon my run of ignorance. That said, I am fighting with a windshield. I had to have the first one replaced because I tried to clean off the black enamel with enamel thinner. This time, I painted black carefully, but some still bled under the tape. Is there anything I can do to clean this up and start fresh?

Because enamel paint is solvent based the black enamel mite mar the clear plastic . so if that happened you can buff the clear plastic with "novus plastic polish"

Thank you for this info warkhan! I have some simple green so I'll give that a go, and I'll see if I can't pick up some frisket film.
