Well the plan was to have working flashing red and blue lights on top. I had been working with Wisdonm ( the mad scientist ) and I got everything done the way I thought I was supposed to but my lights dont flash. They both light up but thats it . So finish the car and work on the lights later.
It was rumoured that back in the late 70s early 80s drugs were being funneled to all the major cities by using a highway pipe line that brought them up through illinois and then sent them east and west by way of interstate 80. The drug runners were using souped up cars to out run the police . So a special group was formed to catch and stop these drug runners. The elite pursuit team had highly trained drivers who drove very special pursuit cars. Basically NASCARs with gumballs !! Specially built the drivers kept their cars at home and tuned and tweaked them as needed. This is one of those cars. Not to many four door fords sport a 427 SOHC motor with dual carbs backed by a 4 speed transmission!
