I built a 33 Willys once as a kid (actually built a 41 as well) and had some fun with it. As I remember it I didn't like the tires in it as they had this weird and funky tire tread pattern. Looking forward to the progress.

There's lots of fabrication goin' on here! Looks great so far!! I hear you on the modifications. When you mod one thing.........then there's something else to contend with. It's like a Domino effect.

That's lookin' like the "bee's knees" there Marcos!!!! Just a little tip on those plug wires for ya if you don't mind a friendly suggestion. You can grind up a little black pastel and lightly dry brush it onto the wires to give them just a slightly used look and to knock the "shiny" appearance off of 'em. It's just a little subtle detail that'll bring an engine build up just a notch in realism. I'll show you what I mean on my own Willys project on a A990 motor.

well guys, here's a little update on this gasser, not much but i did wait 2 weeks to touch the body after i painted, looks awesome, one of my best paint jobs so far, the pictures don't make justice at all to the paint, but at least looks good enough, the bottom part of the hood needs to go in flat black, which I'm going to do that by hand after a have the decals on it, hope i don't make a mess with the clear and decals, added paint to the roll bar...
