Hi guys, it has been a while since I started a kit but one day this one just jumped out at me. These kits were and ARE great older kits to build. The packing was great and the fit of parts is very good. This is where I am at so far. Mike

Wow !!! What is that color ? Thanks , It is T-87 Titanium Gold Tamiya spray over Tamiya White primer , over a yellow body. Not sure what to use on the interior but thinking a Saddle Color. Mike

Yea that color looks great. Hobby Lobby has some suede paint. They have a brown and a tan. once dry it looks like suede.

Always liked the "no frills" but "all business"look of those Bullitts whether they were the 67's, early 2000's or these newer ones along with that Highland Green color I think it is.

I owned three different '67 Mustang Coupes and one 89' LX 5.0 Coupe. Had a great time in all of them. I transplanted a 351W from a 69 Mach 1 into the last two 67's that I owned with a 4 speed behind it which was alot of fun but the 89 is where I went totally wild. I kept the 302 in it but I put a whole lot more time and money into the engine than I did the 351. It had a 5 speed transmission, which was alot of fun but I backed it all up with 4.10 gears. That car was crazy fast.

They are 5 speeds with a 3.73 rear end. Not crazy fast but I am saving money for a Edlebrock Super Charger for it. It is a Salvage Title car so I drive the Pee Wadden out of it. My next door neighbor has a 2009 Shelby 500 and is now working on his 1972 Grand Torino Sport with a 351C in it. Another buddy just got a 2018 Shelby 350. It is starting to look like a Ford dealer around here!!! Mike
