I've had this once completed build hanging around for a while now. I ordered it off of ebay several years ago because I couldn't find an unbuilt Jo-Han Maverick. It came to me completed without the wheels and I was going to tear it apart and rebuild it. Just after I received it I found an unbuilt kit still in the box so this has sat at the back of my bench for the last few years awaiting either disassembly or a fate in the trash can. The more I looked at it, however, the more I saw a salvageable paint job but still lacked any real motivation to tear it apart an shine things up a bit.
First off lets get a photo going of the real subject:
