Hey gang!

Got a new airbrush this week. Never used one like this before, I got the Iwata Neo gravity feed. What do you guys use for paints and thinners? I have heard Model Master by Testors and another friend said he used nail polish once. Any other recommendations?

As a fellow newb I'd start with airbrush ready.
I just painted my first with one and there was enough to deal with without worrying about mixing.
Also it will give you an idea about what the consistency should be for when you start mixing your own.
Finally, go on YouTube, there's so much there your head will explode.
