NICE WORK FRANK!!
I like the hand drawn flame mask over the E'bay specials, they always look fake,
and it is more satisfying doing your own too, that is one cool build mate.

got a good bit done on this last couple days. just a little more yellow and it'll sit for a couple days
 while the paint cures fully and i can wetsand and clear it. having said that, please keep in mind that any brush strokes you may see won't be around for the end result smileyCA9464IN_zpsd9ee499f

devil head "decal" actually a picture cut out of a magazine ad, glued on with laquer glosscote and a layer of gloss coat over it. it worked well and i'm pleased

foiled the scoop

and painted and plumbed the injectors

That's looking great, Frank. The flames look smooth and that scoop too. Wiring on point. Man I hope you place with this one!

here's some progress from this morning. my driver said he didn't feel kool enuff so i made him some "kool-rays" and it only took 3 tries


foiled the valve covers and added plug wires, engine only needs fuel lines from the pump and the blower drive belt. those will come once it's installed
