Not bad. My dad for a time did security guard work for a place that had a lot of those in it when he went into semi-retirement. When the place closed down there were a lot of good deals on homes like that. My step-sister got one for $10k. That is very nice.

Man that is cool right there!! My grandpa did something similar out on my other grandpa's property out at Grandpappy Point in Denison, Tx. Turned out pretty dang neat. Both sides of my grandpa's have been gone now for twenty plus years and the old property is run down now but it's still there.
