Morning folks! I need some help with two issues I currently have and wanted to see what you guys think.
As the subject says it's about stripping.
Problem 1. I had an issue when I painted my Dodge Charger. I was working on my first wet coat and the nozzle (rattle can) spattered on me. I left it alone and couple weeks later decided to scuff it up with a wet sand. I now want to give it a "candy" effect to it so I didn't know if I should just spray the base coat and then go for the color or strip the body completely and then start over with a prime. Ideas?
Problem 2. What's the best method to remove the chrome from chromed pieces?
Of course I would like to seek out the best cost effective way to do this because I have found some stuff at the paint supply shops, but I rather not spend a lot on stuff that I may not use that often. I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

I use bleach. It takes longer but its the cheapest to buy by the gallon. If your looking to shoot all new paint you definitely need to strip it and start over
