Hello all.. My name here is 60s era I,m Tom. Just got back into models a little while ago. I,m in Florida and Retired. Like to build 60s era stuff and a little of everything although not much is completed yet, as i am having a rough time with my current build , a Phantom wagon ( as I have seen them referred to). It is a 67 442 2dr HARDTOP station wagon.. My skills are slowly getting up to par for this type of build. For me a lot of redo along the way, as my 1/24 skill,s are not as good as my 1:1 skills are..Having retired from Automotive Collision Repair I am familiar with body work per say JUST NOT IN THIS SCALE !!!!! Am still plugin along with it and hope to finish it ? as I have more Builds to start on. May be in next couple of days I can learn how to post some pics of it.. Just went through a computer problem so am not sure how many pics I have of early stages, new pics should be no problem. Thanks for viewing Tom

Welcome Tom, from another Floridian. Really looking forward to seeing your wagon build. Like you, there are a few of us on here that are just getting back into models. Come on in, meet some new friends, and enjoy the posts. This is a great place.

Well Tom i think you came to the right place, It is a mix of young and old and these are some pretty smart and helpful guys. We swap info. Trade parts and over all try to make modeling happy for all. We have a great How To section as well as a Mall with stores for selling and buying.
I was just down in Pensacola for a couple of weeks I say I love your state ( Im in Illinois ) So look around and have a good time !!
