Maybe a stock early Chrysler of some sort? Kinda reminds me of a really early Ramchargers car, but the wheels/mini moons seem factory stock. I'm sure it's not a Dart; as close as I can come on Bing is a '63 Dodge Coronet. Sorry...

You mean I wasn't even close? Oh, I see you want kit info. I just consider myself an expert on make/model Judging by the stock appearance, I'd guess a company like AMF/Ertl, AMT or MPC. I just checked into a copy of MCM about early F/C models and found a lot of "2 & 1" build kits. Even Johan had a Ramchargers/ F/C like that of a 64 Dodge and it's almost a clone of the model in your pic (except the stock wheel caps).

It looks like an mpc Dodge polara. I'm not sure what kits they did it in but I had the street model of it and it looks mighty familiar

63 0r 64 dodge polara either mpc johan maybe if its a rolling chassis its a good bet
