Thanks. Yep, the leaning tower of power. This roofline and the fact it has steelies and dog dishes, it just begs for a 6, and I had a spare!

Im thinking the same thing with a Revell 69 Nova...useing the 2 in 1 kit with all the non SS parts and the dog dish hubcaps from the copo kit with a 6 cylinder from the 60 fleetside pickup!

That engine in the 60 Chevy is too bigfor a nova 6. You need either the 6 from the trumpeter 63 nova, modified to69 specs. The ones in amt's 51 Chevy and 53 vette are wron g too. Trumpeters is your only choice for a accurate 6. I did a 69 nova with a 4 cylinder based on the trumpeter 6. I'll post it tomorrow.

That was the base engine for 69 wasn't it?

one of my favorite Plymouths, looking good so far. not sure about the 6 cylinder though. will make a great build no doubt, but I have always been a "no substitute for cubic inches" type of guy. I will be watching for sure.... i'll just pretend it's a 700 cubic inch stroker 6 cylinder .... HAHA..... you paint like a fiend too... beautiful.

Thanks. Had this been the Satellite kit, I would have gone v8, but this roofline and steelies and caps begged for a 6, lol.

I think I am going to build that one soon and was hoping it came with the slant six,I had a extra but put it in a mid to late 70s Dodge truck.
