A while back I mentioned building a support truck to go with my Mopar Super Stock Race Team so when I sat down to work on something at my new bench for the first time I saw the Ford box truck model I had got to build it with. Ding!!!! I knew what I was going to work on. I figured out almost 40 years ago that when you fit a L700 cab onto a donor that you need to have whatever bed configuration mocked up in place so you can set the gap and where the front axle locates so I went ahead and built the frame and the box. I painted & trimmed out most of the inside an fitted the door Here are the first pics    |

Thanks! Here's what I've got done since my last past. I didn't like the way the lift gate worked so I ditched it and covered the opening. There will be side panels with the same size wheel openings as the transporters have   |
