Glue Trick

I use CA glue and getting it out of the bottle in small amounts isn't always easy even with the small tip applicators. I use this and it works well for me. We take quite a few meds here so we always have medicine bottles. I use the lids from the large bottles,any kind of lid would do, and put tape across the top and push it down flat into the lid, over lapping each piece of tape so nothing can leak through to the lid. Press the extended tape over the sides and put my glue in the lid and I can use any applicator I want to get the right amount of glue for any job. When the lid gets full of dry glue I peal the tape out of the lid, comes out in one chunk, throw it away and re-tape the lid and go on. Masking tape works best because you can see the glue better but any tape will work. I have scotch tape in here because I ran out of masking tape.
   I also use these micro-applicators a lot and when one is used up I pop off the end or cut it with sprue cutters and it is pointed on the end and makes a great applicator.  Little tricks that I thought I would share.
