I am close to being done with this one. I wasn't going to use the front bumper (to save weight off the front end), but decided it looked rather unfinished. If I was going to use the bumper though, I wanted it to represent a fiberglass one so it took a swim in the purple pond, then it was painted green to match the body.

It is now on the car, but I hadn't taken pictures of it yet. Perhaps I'll get the final pictures this weekend.

I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cool build AK. That Thunderbird has become one of my "go-to" kits for modifications. You get a cool set of wheels and skinnies for the front, a Boss engine, wheel tubs and a few other goodies out of it. The only thing I didn't like about the front wheels were the absence of center caps but I found a way to install some using a spare set of rear wheels from this same kit.

Being really stupid IS the new "smart".
