Thank you gentlemen I greatly appreciate your kind words. Once I get the decades on it going to give it several coats of clear and wax it. Hopefully I can keep that shine on this one.

Mike , he and Pam were always a favorite of mine. Can't wait to see this one done. Way back in the 70's I built the 1/16th one and it was a GREAT kit.

Mike I'm pretty sure one of the original of these cars is still racing over here in the UK, but with a different paintjob. Santa pod drag strip used to bring recers over during the 70's then bought their cars from them to attract more spectators |

By the way as far as the paint goes I used cheap Walmart gray primer then that Testors paint over it. That primer cover the blue up really well.

Got the decals done started building it's power plant going to let the decals to set up and fully dry until next weekend then putting a couple coats of clear on it.   |
