Cool paint, some gold writing would really set it off Thanks Mike, Les, i think your onto something, the kit decals are pretty plain, so i went through some kits and found these in my new 57 Del Rio wagon gasser kit.... It has 2 different sets in it anyway..

Thanks Tom and Mike, she's getting there. I took Stitch's advice on some gold lettering, and used the decals from the 57 Del Rio Gasser kit, and added a couple more bits too.

Looks pretty cool, and is that a pic of a ford it's sat on? Thanks heaps men, i am enjoying this one as it is a simple build for a change . Les, nothing wrong with your eyes mate, yes, it is a pic of a '54 Ford Customline built here in Tasmania, it has the roof, glass and interior from a late model Mitsubishi Magna, including all the electric windows etc, and it's on air ride too.. Very unique custom.

Dale, I must ask, what are all those gasket seals and what looks to be ties hanging from the roof?

Dale, I must ask, what are all those gasket seals and what looks to be ties hanging from the roof? I presume you mean the gasket under the rocker cover? I make it from flat plastic and paint it to look like a cork gasket, as for ties ?? not sure what you refer to there buddy.

LOL. The reflection is all skewif, the round bits are coils of wire for plug leads, and the things you see as ties, are the reflections of model kits sitting on the top shelf... tilt your head sideways, it will all make sense..
