I am working on a production car model that I want to paint like the race version. I'm not sure how I want to go about adding the numbers though, looking for a suggestion or two. Below is a picture of what I am trying to accomplish. I know I can mask off the orange and blue but not sure how I want to do the numbers yet. Let me know what you think.  |

With all the contoured bends , masking will be difficult. I would go with a good quality decal, maybe even a three piece black white number decal

I would contact a pro decal outfit to make you the orange / black striping and the black/white numbers
DECALS ALL THE WAY MAN - at least, for me, that's how I would approach it. |
