Hey Gunslinger you asked for it so here it is...and just like on the show, you can check out the general on TV/movie cars and see that it doesn't have a scratch!
After building so many General Lee Chargers over the years, I wanted to show a "behind the scenes" view of the stunt driver jumping the car... I'm not sure how clear it is in the pictures, but I cut the seat back off the passenger seat and reattached it in a folded forward position. Other mods were to bend the chassis and cut off the front clip and reattach farther up and rearward. I heated and bent the hood by the hood hinges as this would have been the weakest part. Then the front suspension got move all the way in the up position (and then some...) while the rear suspension got pulled all the way down. Hope everyone likes it! AK
