Wow, I dont know how many of you remember Cartoons Magazine from when we were kids. The relaunched the magazine so I paid for a subscription ( 39.99 ) in September 2015. In Oct I moved so along with a change of address I also went to all my magazine sites and changed my shipping address. Well January I sent an email saying I hadn't received anything. Be patient he said, February I sent an email still haven't received anything,he replied " your on the list ,its in the mail." March I sent an email still waiting, he replied "you know how the post office is, just keep your fingers crossed." Well today I sent an email asking for a refund. We shot emails back and forth and basically he said its my fault that I didn't get the first two issues, and accused me of trying to get "a free ride" . Well you know what f##k that magazine . Oh and my refund, he only refunded me 28.01 ! He charged me for the two I didnt get and 5.00 apiece at that.
I really cant believe this. How hard would it have been to send the two missing issues and change the address? Or simply refund me the whole amount ! This was the last email he sent me

Do as you must. Just make sure you mention that you changed address without letting us know and expect us to come good. I tried my best at resolving this issue, which wasn't good enough for you. No one in life gets a free ride. Sorry you can't take responsibility for your own actions or should I say, non actions. A partial refund will follow. Oh and be very careful of slander. Thanks.
I never asked for a free ride only what I paid for. If you think I am in the right please send him an email ( Marc Methot cartoonsmagazine@gmail.com ) If you think I am wrong please let me know, till then I am going to kick the dog !!
