I just wanted to apologize to the club for not getting my builds done in a timely manner.
Lately, a lot has been going on for me. I am not trying to make any excuses, and I will do everything I can to complete current build obligations. Between the shop closing, at least for me and Jeff, my job has been nothing short of chaotic, (working in the energy field - in Oklahoma - with lay offs happening everywhere around me). And the past couple weeks, along with this weekend pretty much devoted to my wife, to try and keep her as relaxed as possible for her upcoming neck surgery tomorrow morning. I will be off next week, and hope to bring her home by Tuesday or Wednesday, and then of course stay home to care for her. We are pretty much alone here, my wife and myself, not much family to speak of. We do have our one daughter, but she is doing the 3 kids, 2 jobs thing like the rest of the world, so when these things come around, Michelle and I have to take care of each other. But once we get past this surgery, and I can get her home, I do hope to get time back in the hobby room.
I feel so bad, watching everyone starting and finishing builds, all the while I can barely get one done. But I do promise to make some serious progress, and get to building with everyone here. AND I will get back to donating some kits to the vault, as you guys all deserve great awards, and Joel and David deserve all the help I can give for starting, maintaining, and keeping up this great online community. It has been an honor to be a part of this club, the friends I have made are so awesome.
Thanks in advance for understanding, and again, the builds will start to get punched out - you have my word.
