Folks Need some advice here. When you paint the chassis the body color what do you guys use to mask off the frame to paint the rest black? I tried silly putty but it wont stick long enough to spray and I cant get a sharp separation line. I also tried masking tape but there are so many tight spots I cant get to. Any help would be appreciated!

If it is a molded floor and chassis, i usually don't bother doing it 2 colors, but if you really want to,
try painting the whole thing first, then mask up the floor by laying the tape, and forcing it into the edge with a tooth pick or something like that.
Then cut it with a scalpel to get the sharp line you need. Or just do the floor pan in black enamel, and a brush, after you have done the chassis in the color you want,
but i usually do the whole thing body color.
