I finally got this one finished. I had quite a few setbacks on this car. I messed up the body paint and had a ton of trouble stripping it off. Then when I thought i was on the home stretch, the decal for the trunk lid decided to wrinkle like crazy after it dried, I couldnt even remove it, I had to strip it, reprime and paint, but its finally done. I really like the car itself, but i cant say I liked the kit very much. I prefer individual parts, rather then a bulk molding where its almost impossible to get the right detail. Not that Im any good at it anyway but it does make it easier. As such, the underside of the car was not detailed, and the engine bay was very minimal. This was the first car I attempted to lower, luckily this wasnt too bad and somehow i also lost the lenses for the fog lamps. All in all, i dont think i did too bad considering my skill level. I learned a lot and thats the important thing.

Sharp car! Glad you were able to keep with it through all your set backs. Just remember practice makes perfect, unless you're me than you just try more complicated stuff with medicre results lol.

Nice result mate, i like the shape of these, but i agree with the letdown of all the bulky molded parts, and no real engine is a bummer too. But it looks good on the shelf, that is the main thing..

This came out looking pretty good. I agree that these uptown kits are not the best ones. Good job on this!

It was clear coated, its not as shiny as it could be, the evidence is in the trunk lid, it came out a lot nicer then the rest of the car.
