yep, 2 in a row. suppose to be doing a lot in that room. got some people relying on me to find stuff for them and it just isn't getting done. even went to my club meeting on Thursday and that usually gets me fired up. my buddy even gave me a few things... real nice things (will have to take pictures and start a thread of my stuff) and still haven't done anything.
this week was an exception though, my youngest of 2 boys (Trevor will be 14 on Christmas day) went into a bowling tournament and the 4 boys ended up winning it and now have a paid entry to the State finals. not sure when it is, probably in the dead of winter. he shot 188, 186, 211... and he actually listened to his Dad for adjustments.
just a proud Dad tooting his horn....

Toot away Tubbs, you should. My dad always said "If you don't honk your own horn nobody is going to honk it for you." My only son and I didn't have a chance to do anything together. He was an honor roll student four years in a row at a young age and then decided to be a gangster. He's been in prison the last fifteen years. Stay close to them while you can. It won't last long.

Holy crap Al - that's a great series! Shoot, I would be happy with a 3 gamer with those scores! What's his average? But to make it to states, that's cool! I went to states several times when I lived in PA in the 90's - Trevor will love it! It may really get him going even more than he already is in the sport. But for sure, tell him I said "Way to go!"
