Hi gang, this is the large scale build that I didn't get finished in the contest and still not finished but I'm back to working on it ( just want to get ur done ) smiley-scared002
I don't think that thread is on here any more so I'll give you a quick run down , the kit
The trouble I had 1. A warped fender assy
2. A gap between the body and the left rear fender
got that fixed and was going along good, got the frame together with the rear axle in
put the front susp. in which the axles didn't want to fit so I had to do a mod and got it together
had the body painted and I don't remember what happened but the right rear fender cracked
so I stripped it, fixed the crack, primered the body again and another little crack showed up
at least I didn't have to strip it again. Got the engine done
That's where I was at when time ran out. Got the body all together and primed the body, doors and hood
If every thing goes as planned I'll be painting it on Sunday and hope I don't have any problems. Will post an update next week some time. Thanks for looking and comments are welcome. smiley-greet016

looking very cool Dale. true hot rod. I can see the poodle skirt and slicked back hair right now. nice body work. paint is as smooth as glass, air brush?
hey, a little off the subject question for you, I have been looking for a WIP on your bracket winning willys and can't find it, nothing new.... anyways, can you provide me a link to where I can find it. thanks.
