Looks great bud,nice job with the black wash,really brings out the details the only thing I can see wrong is the valve cover is upside down Great job with the paint it really looks like bare metal,what type of paint did you use?

It's a humbrol enamel, called metal-cote polished steel. I think it might be sold by revell in the US as the other paints all have the same numbers for colours. I didn't even notice the valve covers

It goes on matt but if you polish it with a soft cloth it shines up, and there's others too, gun metal that polishes the same way and matt and satin aluminium which don't. I would say gloves are a must when handling it, fingerprints are hard to polish out.
