Well this morning I've gone from a non swimmer to 4 1/2 widths, amazing what you can do on holiday (tbh not in one go ) but I am chuffed, my brother will be embarrassed he can swim like a fish. I must also admit I'm knackered for the rest of the day.

Ha! Yes sir, swimming can do that to you - BUT, a very good thing to know! AND, it's is an awesome aerobics exercise / workout!

Your doing better than me, I can't swim and I have to take a boat if I want to go to the mainland

I was a crack swimmer in my younger days, but I don't do so well with only one leg now. I tend to go in circles a lot.
