Thanks guys! ALL of my models, are Mopar!!!! Speaking of...
Dale, that NON-MOPAR you spotted is actually setting on top of 3 NON-Mopars, I picked up from different places for trading purposes! The '55 Chebby is complete was never opened.......... picked up as it was found alone with no others with it, not even a brush or paint...The other 2 are opened, the one is a '32 Ford coupe and the 3rd one is a "S'COOL Bus" kit missing the engines, (was opened, when I got it, and I took out the Hemi's that were in it! LOL) SO, yeah, I got a couple NON-Mopars, but using them for trade collateral, to get more MOPAR stuffs! big-drooling-smiley-emoticon

Ohhh and I forgot to mention, I MIGHT trade that Hurst Hemi Under glass '66 'cuda, fer a '69 Barracuda....BUT the HHUG is complete, NEVER OPENED! So.....
UNLESS someone has a model that might catch my eye, but I'm trying to locate a '69, not a '66, as if I were to build that '66, it be a stock version, not the race car!

Nothing to report on the model front today, as i spent all day building this wall shelf to put all my hot wheels cars in, they only just fit, should have made the shelves closer together because i only have room for about 10 more, might have to fix that. back to modeling tomorrow.

That looks real good Dale. I see several with those big engines sticking up, like that roadster on the end of the second shelf and in between. How many of those do you have?

Thanks guys, i just had to do something with all of them, it has become a habit of grabbing one every now and then while doing the shopping if something takes my eye. Dennis, there are about 180 of them, half are probably MOPARS too.

I know what you mean DC, my local supermarket sells them and it's hard to say no. I must have over 200 of them, all US and Uk shape ones. The japanese ones just don't interest me, but I do have the full fast and furious set

It is difficult to go past anything interesting, no matter how many one has.

For a long time my car fix was magazines and hot wheels and I must have about 200 of them now along with at least one of each maisto vw in 1/24/25. At least now I can build my own but I don't stick to VW. So many ideas and so little time. I have to ask though, do you edit your posts as well? Austrailia and Scotland have similar humour and I know there's words I can't use

chances are you know an orcadian DC, no matter where I go in the world I meet another one. Even walking down the street in Nashville? I know my mums boyfriends brother lives in Melbourne. By the language bit I meant the casual swearing and I also try to keep it clean but when in a chat they slip through. I meet many of your country men and women here in the summer and a lot of my mates go "down under" for our winter. I would love to go to the summer nats but for now have to stick to street machine mag. And that holden efijy is the inspiration for my big custom truck build

Saw a major store selling Hot Wheels for $0.49 or about half price for Xmas.
On another defunct site, I ran a contest every summer called Hot Summer Wheels, where we modified hot wheel size cars. This was supposed to be a fun, inexpensive build, for those without funds, and to attract younger builders. Oh well, one out of thee wasn't bad. Only the usual suspects participated. But it was fun.

Thanks men, Stitch, yeah i do swear a bit, but only when i am awake or asleep, and in PM's too, but try not to do it publicly, you never know when someone is showing their kids what people have built. Don, 49 cents is half price? they are $3.00 down here, like everything, always dearer in Australia. And thanks Sharp, it got them all together at least.

ERRRRM Yeah, I can get Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars for around a $1 each, so yeah Dons right at half price but at that price you bet the first BEST cars are history.......
I got a select few of my own, a couple M2 cars as well, I just built a case for them, I got to get it on the wall tho....Will hold autos up to 1/64th scale.
