Hello, My name is Ole Jonas and i'm from Norway. I have been building modelcars and trucks since i was 12 years old, and now i'm 17  Haven't done much modifying yet, but i will start trying.. I'm also building a 1/24 garage diorama for the cars and trucks.. |

Hey Ole. Glad to see you here! It's great to see young minds keeping the hobby alive. Show us some of your work, ask questions, and comment on what you see. Can't wait to see that diorama!

Well hello! great to have someone from across the pond! Look things over, I think you will like it here. We have a great "How To " section and lots of pictures and helpful hints. If you need something juat ask one of us will be glad to help you out! Tell us alittle bit about how the hobby is in your home town? What kind of models do you have access to? Anything we cant get here? Or is there anything you need that you cant get there?

Thanks to all of you! I like to build American muscle-cars and old european cars and trucks.. I got a lot of Volvo f12 and Scania 142/143 kits that is not started on yet! I also got the BTCC volvo 850's The Saloon and Estate kit, just started painting yet.. Many of the cars i have built before is now picked apart for the diorama, but i still got some cars that is going to stay as they are Its not that many in my hometown that builds modelkits.. There is a very nice hobbystore in Trondheim, with a lot of kits.. Trondheim is ca. an hour and a half away from where i live.. Those 850's are pretty rare in Norway so i was realy lucky to get them my father had the Estate MANY years ago, but it got lost when we were moving.... Theese are the kits i got now, i'm going to Trondheim again soon.. So i'm going to buy some cars then   And a box full of car and truck parts for the diorama garage..  And a sketch of the floor to the diorama garage:  |

Welcome to the forum! My names Lee, I am 17 also. I also like volvos especially the 2.5t engine (I know it's mostly a ford) but welcome to the forum glad to have someone else my age on here!

Thanks! Lee: its nice to see someone my age here! I like the 2.5t Engines to, but i like the B230 turbo engines the best Spacecowboy: I will start a build thread as soon as i get some more paint Skip-o-Matic: Yea, i think the Scania 143R Wrecker is my favorite. It was a bit hard to find, but the store in Trondheim had one left.. So i was a bit lucky |
