I use a dremel on just about every build I do, the only thing I find it can't do, is put the damn things back together......

I have just started to find many uses for my dremel, thanks to this great club of ours! Once you get started with one, you will NEVER put it down

It's works great for grinding holes in the bodies for rat rod builds and also for drilling holes in the engines for plug wires

Bought a dremel yesterday... Now what can I use it for? I use mine for everything it's more like what I don't use it for plus it's great when you slip and grind down your finger nails. Just dont polish it gets hot ot fast and melts things. Like paint

Type 2 diabetic, no neuropathy as of yet. In the 80's I made a career out of using one in the Car Audio / Alarm business. (great for grinding plastic dash pieces) For models, everything involving plastic modification. But no polishing ! Even my 4000 series will burn though plastic on the lowest speeds .
