OK Guys this is open to all Members that want to join in the fun.  The rules are simple build a Nascar kit of your choice , must be built Box Stock , nothing added that was not in the kit ...only thing that can be changed is the Decals, and your choice of any paint job you want  Show pics of the kit and contents before you start and WIP pics as you build . Starting date is 8/15/15 and finish date 10/15/15 that's two months so you have plenty of time to work on other builds for MOTM and Bracket races or other Contests At finish date post 5 pics of your build so we can have a vote for the Winner ....remember this is for Bragging rights only no prize's just for the fun of it  So let the Trash Talking begin smileyCA9464IN_zpsd9ee499f |

I will jump in on this challenge - remember, "I Ain't SKEERED!" Besides, I feel NASCAR builds are somewhat of a specialty of mine!! AND - since I done whooped up on you guys in the Sprint car challenge, I may as well whoop up on you guys one more time...  I will bring in a Richard Petty kit as well. Gonna make it a challenge to myself also, as I have never built a Polar Lights NASCAR KIT. Plus, this is a rare Richard Petty drive - he raced Fords only a couple years I think? Get ready - gonna make you look away and slide through your pits!!! bowdown-right  |

This would be fun, but i have now got my big Vette, , pro street Monaro, and my 40 Ford delivery with the Ferrari driveline on the go,
at the moment i don't know which way my butt is pointing........ smiley-scared002
Hopefully we have a MOTM next year for Nascar....
I really like the Petty cars guys, go for it and make us proud!!!!!!

Ok guys,I changed my mind about building the Bill Elliott car,instead I will be building The Dale Earnhardt (THE INTIMIDATOR) #3 CAR!!!!!! just purchase it from ebay the other day,so its gonna be a couple of day before I can post any pics |

Hmmmm, 2mos, not a contest, no prize, box stock, and trash talking ? Yes,... yes I would like this very much. I've only built one Nascar and that was the 67' Plymouth Petty car I entered in one of the bracket races. Otherwise I'm clueless on these. Decals scare me ! I've had this Stewart car for 10yrs now and never really did more than display the box w/ all my other Smoke memorabilia.  |

Oh yeah, by the way.......... All of you will most likely get nailed for speeding on pit road anyways -

Reason for that^^^^ I saw Jeff Burton win
a race one time by staying out about 30 laps more on fuel than everyone else. That to me said fuel was hidden somewhere and the only plausible explanation I could come up with was in the roll bars
