This was the last build that our Grandson was watching me do and so excited waiting to see it done. I had put it away as it was just too hard to try and get into the frame of mind to finish it, but last night I pulled it back out and got it done this morning. This is for you Little Buddy!     |

It is Model Master Custom Lacquer System Italian Red over their gray primer and clear coat. Top is Model Master Classic White.
I had never used thier Lacquer paints until recently. Always had used enamel paints.
It has gotten so it takes a week sometimes for the enamel paints to completely cure. smiley-confused005

Excellent work. After doing two '57 Chevrolets myself I have to say that covering that side trim with BMF is a real pain. Yours looks flawless. Very nice and clean job all over.
