Hey gang, I was about to start AMTs Ford Flipnose truck. It is a custom but I was looking through the instructions and parts and noticed the distributor is in the back, just like a Chevy. This had me thinking so I went to the color chart and that says paint the engine orange, Chevy engine orange. Am I crazy, or does this truck have a big block Chevy already swapped in? I was kinda hoping this would have a hopped up Ford but I'd be OK with a Chevy in this. Has anyone built this kit and can confirm this?

I have one I started but not done yet , and yes the kit comes with a Big Block Chevy in it instead of a Ford engine but on mine I swapped in a Ford S. O. H. C. 427 in it , just need to find time to finish the truck  |

I guess I don't have a problem with the Chevy was kinda hoping for a Ford though. Almost like when you get an onion ring in your French fries. Not what I ordered but not a bad thing either.

I really don't want to sound needy here at all... but.... if you feel like swapping that chevy out for a ford, give me a shout.
