Yes sir - beautiful work here Dennis. And Ice nailed it - grail kit for certain - I have always wanted one of these - but they go for a pretty good chunk of change when I do find them.
Seat is really awesome, that engine rocks, and honestly, dash looks good, probably would not have noticed any mishap on it if you would not have said. The blade with black chrome I think looks spot on - really sweet build man!!!
Top Shelf all the way bud!!! two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon

I appreciate all of your good words. I bought this kit several years ago and it didn't cost me much then. You don't even see it much now.

Looked at this again. That seat look great. What size are the little diamonds that you used?

Looked at this again. That seat look great. What size are the little diamonds that you used? I appreciate you mentioning this. I was rather proud of that seat. The indentation pattern was already in the seat. After I painted the whole interior and trimmed the seat I painted each indentation with chrome silver paint. Tedious work and I was holding my breath through the last row and I did a neat job on all of them. I almost didn't do it because I was sure I would screw it up but I pulled it off pretty good I thought. I wish I could tell you I hand molded them and inlaid them with melted .999 silver instead of something fairly simple, but I don't work that hard anymore.

That's even more impressive, D. Great job. What size brush did you use? It definitely is tedious work. I did it on an entire interior for a 62 Catalina a while back. Cross-eyed comes to mind. Superb job!

Superb job! Ice here is what I used. I use them a lot. Get them at HL and not expensive. Fine point and just like a rattle can, you shake them and a little plunger inside mixes the paint. EXACT same characteristics as the Chrome Silver in the bottle in every respect. Take a little getting used to but once you get on to them you will use them for many things. Great for detailing.
