Hi all after seeing stitchedups one I've been looking for my own imagine my excitement at finding my favourite bike of all time on ebay the cb750 k4 Honda and another bike a kwak 1000 the Honda was my favourite bike of all, (and I've owned some bikes I can tell you) the Honda was something else and if i could afford it and one came up now I would buy it just for the memorys, I've had bigger (nearly twice the size) . I would have loved the 1/6 tamiya one but at 350 quid (and that's the cheapest I've seen it ) I went for the 1/8 heller kit (yes the first thing I will do is a sprue count) the Heller kit is silver, mine was red so this will be also I engraved the engine casings on mine so am going to try that on this if the engine is big enough I think looking at my 1/6 bikes it might be, I know you're all yelling I thought you wouldn't get another heller kit, but hey they make some tempting kits.

I hope you find the k1 a better kit. I don't recall any major problems with it other than some of the instructions not being too clear in places

That paint looks AWESOME mate, especially after you added the purple to it. I also like the way you have done the black to panel it...so to speak. You will use this effect a lot now i reckon, now that you see just how simple it is to do........................( your very welcome too ).

Well after retrieving the bike from its unscheduled flight across the room (it must be fairly aerodynamic as no breakages just some unguleing) and searching, took me nearly half an hour to find the back of the rear caliper, and almost as long to get it back on, since it's all installed on the rear wheel. I've decided to cut the top length of the chain off as it was so warped I couldn't get the chain guard on, and with the guard in place no one will see the chain anyway. I'm having a bit of a chill out now, before I battle with this kit again. I am determined to win though, I will take no injured in this battle its win or die.
