I have spent most of my life Racing or building race cars , street rods , motorcycles, and more if it have a motor I have been involved racing.i have owned race car shops auto shops machine shops and more. I started building models for contest and fun at 10 yr old very very heavily I was.building tube frames ssome I even set up for slot cars used to make my own air shocks back then if you want to call them that. We would also fill the blocks drill out cylinders and put dowls. In them for pistons so it looked like one bank was apart. I recently am disabled and can't do much so I decided thanks to the wife to get back into modeling. The bad is my compulsive brain or lack of and don't know when to stop Have started designing plugs and molds I have already designed a wheel you can make it as wide as you want and set your own back spacing it built like a real wheel were you set how wide you want then insert the center section. I am building the plugs for that now if it works the way it is going you can get a kit and what center you want so they look like a real wheel with different offset and back spacing like the old days. I'm also working on a plug for a sheet metal intake manafold just need more time I have built thousands of real manifolds I think I can build a plug and molds that look real. I already have the old style of old morose valve cover for BBC. And have a finned BBC valve cover. And a BBC block and heads. Working on the old tall block chevy now if you know what that is. Also have a viper block and heads. About half done with a scatter shield for chev. Also working on stock looking motor mounts. And a lot more got about 20 kits and the bad thing is I have only been back into it about a month. I told you I get a little weird about things.also trying to move back to the west coast been in charleston about a year and a few months and so far nothing has been able to make me like it on the east side right now I am like a kid on candy not being able to do much physical stuff any more and can't afford to do much so I will play with this untell you people throw me out of here. By the way I miss the 60`s and 70`s when kite was good so I will try and relive it with models and buy the way they are not 2.25 or 3.00 any more. Now that brakes my hart. I almost forgot I am trying to get a cnc mini mill a lathe and Lazer cnc so I can build anything. Also need a mini bead roller. A mini brake and a mini slip roll if you know of any real real real cheap. Thanks to all and keep playing.
