Hello my name is John and I'm 70 years old so I don't do much detail work on 1/25th scale but have been getting into 1/16th scale and doing some detail on them. Started modeling when I was about 10 and have been off and on since. I thing I know a couple of screen names on here but like to know all of you. How I found this site was I ordered a couple things from iceman-555 on e-bay and got a slip of paper with the site on it so I said what the heck and joined. I mainly build cars but also build aircraft and aircraft carriers once in a while. I'll look around to see where I can post some of my builds, I'm a slow builder and have more started than I do finished. Well that's all I can think of right how and hope to get to know you'll  |

Welcome John. Iceman got me in here too. This is a great place to see some great builds and to showcase your own. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people. Look around and enjoy.

Welcome, John. Glad to see some people read the slip! hehe Sounds like youve been building for quite some time. Take a look around and check back often. Lots of friendly and helpful members here. Post pictures of current projects, or finished ones, we all share that one thing in common, wanting to see what the other is doing, attempting to do, or has done.
You'll like it here...... You enjoy building, and thats the fun of it that we all share.....

Thanks for the warm welcome. Been looking around and enjoy seeing every ones builds. Got a couple of mine posted and trying to figure out where to but my Shelby Cobra street car ?? Got a few W.I.P's I might post also shortly. Thanks again |

Welcome aboard John, sounds like Iceman is a pretty good fisherman, he reeled me in all the way from Australia, and i love it here,
one of the friendliest sites EVER, with a lot of great people , and great builders to boot.

Welcome I am a little slow had to get a new computer. How is it down there now I spent 20 years a little north of you and hope to be heading back in a couple of months you can let me know of all the model shops around. You have a great group of people here they make you feel very welcome .
