For any of you who would like to know a bit about the Aussie Muscle Car scene, here is an episode where they found the whole story in a barn. Some very interesting viewing, and check out the scenery in the back ground when they show the cars at Bathurst, no walls of fences, only cliff faces and drop offs. Part 1 PART 2 Enjoy.

I had never heard of most of these cars. Some of them seemed like American type cars built for Australia, but I don't know if that kind of thing was done or not. All those cars in one barn. Amazing!! Thanks for posting it Dale.

I remember a lot of these cars from the original Mad Max (1979). What blows me away is how many 4 door versions there were of musclecars !

The good ol hemi 6 was the fastest of them all to about 100mph, then cubic inches took over. Most of the 4 door versions were the "family car", with balls, . And Dennis, they are ALL australian built and designed mate, occasionally we stole an engine or two, thats about it mate.
