If you can tell me a kit that has the motor your looking for, I bet I have it and would pull the motor for you.

The C5 an 6 Corvettes with LS engines have a torque tube with a rear trans-axle, so you may not want to use one of those. The Revell #85-7646 '99 Silverado CK has a nice 5.3 Vortec with auto trans. Has the Vortec engine cover that can be left off. The Revell #85-2380 35th Anniversary Camaro SS has a LS with 6 speed. This year had no engine covers. The Revell #85-4239 2010 Camaro SS has a LS with auto trans. Has the Camaro engine cover that can be left off. The AMT/ERTL #38435 Rides Magazine 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT has a 5.3/6.0 Vortec with auto trans and transfercase for 4wd. Has the Cadillac Vortec engine cover that can be left off. All the Revell engines have the coils and plug wires molded with the valve covers in pretty nice detail, the AMT does not. The Revelle engines are much nicer in my opinion. Also the truck/SUV engines have taller intakes and accessory drives, so a low hood line may not work very well with these. Best for '50s and older vehicles. The Corvette engines are the nicest. You could cut the torque tube off and put a transmission on them, or use the Corvette rear suspension and shorten/lengthen the tube for your wheel base. Also the C6 ZR1 has a supercharger if that fits your fancy. The LS7 engines, both Supercharged and non supercharged, use a dry sump oil pan and that is detailed in the Revell engine, so if you want to do something like that for a detail you can. I can give you some info on the lines into the pan for that if wanted. All the Revell C5 & 6 Corvettes will have a nice LS engine, just have to deal with the torque tube issue.
These are all the ones I know about. I have all these kits if you need any questions answered about them.

Wow thanks for all the info! The cadillac escalade would be awesome or a corvette it's for a 1937 ford delivery I have so it needs to be thinner like the corvettes engine the torque case doesn't bother me honestly I think I would make room for it. Thanks alot skip!
